Managing Director

As our existing head of the company is taking over the position as Managing Director in PERI Sweden, PERI is searching for a replacement to the position as MD for PERI Denmark.

Your responsibilities

• General management of the subsidiary
• Profit and loss responsibility
• Responsibility for the strategic alignment of the subsidiary with the Market
• Unit and Group strategy
• Focus on strategic growth management
• Ongoing improvement of internal processes with the target of enhanced
• efficiency focused on operations, sales and engineering
• Continuous improvement of the organisational set-up
• Strategic HR development, providing leadership and developing people

Your profile

• General Management experience
• Suitable University degree
• Solid commercial understanding combined with an ever-present customer
• focus
• Strong in strategic thinking, planning and execution
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Willing to be visible in the organization and integrate employees in the
• development of the subsidiary
• Ability to use an open feedback culture to build and maintain effective
• working relationships
• Strong work ethic, trustful, open and reliable
• Fluent in English and Danish, or willingness to learn Danish within a year
